Refund Policy
Our candles are handmade and made to order. All images of the candles are shown on the website and also shown on our instagram.
Our candles will not be refunded or exchanged therefore please choose carefully and look at images prior to purchasing.
If you're concerned that you have received a faulty product or the wrong item please contact us via email luscious_illumination@hotmail.com
All candles will be shipped out securely packaged to ensure no breakages occur. If you receive your candle and believe it is faulty or damaged whilst in transit, please contact us and we can discuss further.
Shipping Policy
Our candles are handmade and made to order, therefore please allow up to 3-5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a consignment number via email once posted.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels. If your parcel is lost, please contact Australia Post.
Due to COVID-19 please expect delays.
